Founded in 2012 and born out of a small storage shed in the back of a church, the mission of CrossFit Renew has and always will be to utilize elite functional fitness training to restore and propel our local community’s overall health and wellness. Through regular classes, community events, and a tight-knit gym family, we put your overall health at the forefront of our programming to help you move forward in your fitness and wellness journey.
So when we say we’re for anyone and everyone -- we mean it. From young professionals to retirees, stay-at-home parents to empty nesters. If you’re concerned about whether you can hack it -- don’t be! We cater to your needs, every workout, every class, every time. Got a lingering injury? There’s a modification for that. Pregnant? We’ve got a pregnancy-friendly program for you.
Come join us! We know you’ll fit right in.
Justin owns the gym and is a really big fan of Crossfit! He has been doing CrossFit since 2012. He is married to Tara and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys barbells and bourbon - in that order.
Brett has been coaching with Renew for 3 years now. He is married and has even pulled his wife into this whole CrossFit thing. They have a beautiful daughter and if you ever want to talk Oklahoma State sports (Go Pokes!) or OKC Thunder basketball, Brett’s your man!
Becky has been doing CrossFit for 4 years and coaching at Renew for over 2 years. She loves a little healthy competition, especially with her husband, Jon, who also works out at Renew. Outside of the gym, Becky works in child welfare as a Family Coach with adoptive families.
McKenzie has been doing CrossFit officially since 2016, but unofficially with friends since 2013. I was a competitive gymnast for 8 years and a swimmer for 3. Similarly, CrossFit is a fairly individual sport, but I love the team aspect, community and camaraderie of it all!
He has been coaching since 2012, and wouldn’t trade it for the world. No seriously, not for anything. He is married and is a new father and can often be caught talking to Chris Allman about the West Wing.
Sadie, who's been coaching at Renew since 2016, is a former collegiate athlete with a penchant for power lifts. Should you find yourself signed up for one of her classes, expect an eclectic playlist and a healthy dose of sarcasm.
