What is Foundations?

Our Foundations training is a three-week introductory course designed to help you become comfortable with the basic movements of CrossFit, as well as get you acquainted with our community.

We host our Foundations course every month, so if you’re reading this halfway through the month - don’t worry! Beginning on that first Monday of the month, you'll kick off with the first of six introductory classes where you’ll learn about the philosophy of CrossFit, the basics of nutrition, and the foundational movements of in our programming, This ease-in is crucial to ensuring you have a successful CrossFit journey, will help you improve your overall fitness and, hopefully, give you just enough time to fall in love with our community!
