CrossFit Group Training


The primary program we offer is CrossFit. At the most basic level, CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements; the core movements of life. Our program delivers a fitness that is – by design – broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Crossfit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. This means the same routines can be used for elderly individuals and professional athletes alike through proper scaling of weights and intensity.

Personal Training


At Renew we are in the business of helping you build habits you’ll keep for life.  After all, becoming a different person means doing things with which you may not be comfortable at first.

A good personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan.

We believe that 1:1 training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility. You will work with your coach to tailor your training to get the results you want.

Private Group Training


Maybe you don't like the ra-ra of big groups but still have a few friends or family members you want to train with. We also offer private group training to get the results you want.

With private group training you get the best of both programs - a coach who tailors the training for you and the support of a small community you know.

Looking to reboot your fitness routine, but hate making resolutions you know you will break? We've got you covered.

Reboot is a 6-week fitness challenge designed to help you reset, refresh, and renew your lifestyle so you can reach your fitness goals. Through intimate group training 3 days a week, and exclusive nutrition coaching, we'll help you break old habits and build the foundation for a successful new year. Reboot kicks off January 8th.
